BC Place stadium is located at 777 Pacific Blvd., Vancouver, BC, Canada V6B 4Y8.

The friendly folk at The Bicycle Valet will be waiting to securely park your ride for FREE while you enjoy the event! Head to Gate C (Lot 457) at BC Place to drop your bike off.

BC Place has introduced a Clear Bag policy for all guests attending events at the venue to make entry faster, safer and easier for everyone. A bag check service will be available at Gates C and H. Bags may be checked here for the duration of your event at a cost of $10 per bag.

  • Guests are encouraged not to bring bags to the stadium.
  • Guests may enter with one clear plastic bag that is no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”.
  • Guests may also carry one wallet or clutch bag, no larger than 6.5” x 8.5”.

All bags are subject to search, including enhanced screening, if required.

It wouldn’t be HSBC Canada Sevens without the tradition of outrageous and fun “fancy dress” costumes or donning a patriotic outfit to support one’s country. While we encourage creativity, we also value safety, respect, and good judgement. If you’re planning to attend the event, take a moment to read over our guidelines that ensure all fans can enjoy Vancouver’s biggest party!

In addition to the specific information pertaining to BC Place Prohibited Items, costumes (including items that may be deemed potentially hazardous to other guests) may be subject to enhanced inspection upon entry. Custom masks are permitted only to be worn while in your seat. Custom masks cannot be worn on the concourse or common areas. Keep costume accessories limited. Hockey sticks, tennis rackets, swords, spears, toy weapons, etc. are not permitted. Remember that costumes deemed to be offensive may not be permitted inside the stadium. This includes costumes that may offend from a religious, political, racial and/or sexual perspective.

Personal photography is permitted in stadium, provided the images are for personal use only. Photographic support tools that may interfere with others’ enjoyment of the match (selfie sticks, tripods, professional lenses larger than 150 mm, etc.) are not permitted in the stadium.

With the event taking place in early March, and being an all-day event, we plan to have the roof closed for the duration of the tournament.

BC Place should be considered an ‘open-air’ stadium whether the roof is open or closed, and guests are encouraged to dress accordingly, based on the temperature outdoors.

Family

Children age two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult’s lap. If a parent requires a physical seat for the child, he/she must purchase a ticket.

Changing stations are located in washrooms throughout the stadium. There are also private Universal Washrooms available on Level 2.
